Can I send to an InstaPay account?
No, we do not deliver directly to an InstaPay account.
However, we deliver directly to any bank account or mobile wallet in Egypt.
How long will it take to process my transfer to Egypt?
We deliver in around 2 hours during Egypt banking hours, which are 9am to 3pm Sunday to Thursday.
Transfers made after Egypt banking hours, or during Egypt public holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
Do I need to provide the full Egyptian legal names for myself and my recipient?
Yes, to avoid delays in processing your transfer, you'll need to provide your full name as it appears in Egyptian legal documents, regardless of any shortened or altered names in Australia.
You'll also need to provide the full name of your recipient, including first, middle(s) and last names, without any abbreviations.
Do you deliver cash in Egypt?
No, we do not currently offer cash delivery in Egypt.
Can I track my money transfer from Australia to Egypt?

This Bless Payment app has been a game changer for me. I often have to send money overseas to Indonesia to my family. Previously I was using the Netbank app and I definitely was not getting a good deal, and it would take up to 5 days (or more) to go through. Now, it takes about half a minute (or less!).
